1800 bird species are found in Peru ...second only to Columbia...as well as more than 25,000 plant species.

120 bird species are endemic, i.e., not found anywhere else.

Peru is a large country...nearly the size of Spain France and Italy combined...with an estimated 29 million people.

Peru contains 84 of the 117 life zones found on earth...from its coastal deserts to the West, the Amazonian rain forests to the East and the Andes Mountains (reaching 22,000 ft) in between.

As music is the purest form of expression, so it seems to me that the singing of birds is the purest form for the expression of natural beauty and goodness in the larger sense, the least susceptible of explanation on ulterior practical grounds.
