Miss Jones, a Bronx second grade teacher,
took her class to the park on a bird watch. 
“Hey, teech,” Tommy called, “look at the
boid.” She smiled.  “that’s not a boid,
Tommy.  It’s a bird.’” “That’s funny,” he
replied.  “It choips like a boid.”
